Cerruti

Founded in 1881 in Biella, Milan, by Antonio Cerruti as a fabric mill company, Cerruti became fashionable when Nino Cerruti, grandson of the founder developed the business into a ready-to-wear fashion house in 1957 when he opened 'Hitman' in Milan.

In 1967, Nino opened 'Cerruti 1881', a men's couture house in the centre of Paris and soon established an international reputation. In 1976, Cerruti developed a women's ready-to-wear market and is now established in all aspects of haute couture.
